Facility Rules
- You Hit'em you Pick'em
- No Gum, Seeds or Peanuts
- No Spitting or Nose Clearing
- Replace items to their respected place.
- Please place all waste products in trash cans.
Weight Room Rules
- No children, all teens and adolescents must be supervised by a guardian or Heat Staff Member
-Before use, understand proper lifting and exercise techniques and obtain instruction regarding any lift, exercise or use of a weight machine - Follow all instructions.
-Use spotters for free weight exercises
-Return weights to racks and storage areas after use - do not leave on floors
-No running or horseplay
- Do not take weight plates, bars, dumbbells or other equipment out of the weight room
